INFORMATION
Delivery
information & costs
Delivery charges will be communicated to the customer, once an order
has been received. The order will not be dispatched, nor will any
charge be made on the customer's credit/debit card until Tygas Ltd
has agreement with the customer on the delivery charge.
Returns & cancellation policy
If you are returning an item within the scope of our warranty, we
will be happy to refund any reasonable delivery charges incurred
in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
Otherwise, you will be responsible for those charges (this applies
to UK only).
To return an item, contact Tygas Ltd
to obtain an authorisation number, which you must include with any
returned item, that Tygas Ltd has agreed that you may return. Wrap
the package securely and send the package to the address on our
contact us page. For your protection
we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns
policy does not affect your statutory rights. We will contact you
to let you know when we have processed your return.
Cancelling an item: under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling
Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase
of any item within seven working days of delivery, provided the
goods are unused & in original condition. This applies to all
our products.
Service policy
We provide a first class help line. You may email,
fax or phone us.
Security policy
We use Mal's eCommerce system for our transactional payment solution
(see www.mals-e.com
for more information including pci compliance). This uses secure-server
software which encrypts all the personal information you enter during
the online order process, including credit or debit card number
and name and address. The encryption process takes the characters
you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely
transmitted over the Internet. All details are removed from the
server once an order has been fulfilled.
Privacy policy
Tygas Ltd collects your personal information when you send us an
order or email, but this information is used solely for the purpose
of fulfilling your order and/or responding to your request for further
information or assistance. Our security policy (see above) prevents
unauthorised access to this information. Tygas Ltd does not sell,
trade or rent your personal information to others.
This site uses a cookie for the sole purpose of enabling the basket
in the ordering process. After you have closed your browser window,
the cookie loses all this information and none of this is any longer
retained in any way.
